Power Button: Long press to turn on the device; short press to turn off or turn on the screen.
Volume Button: Short press to adjust volume or mute incoming calls.
Fingerprint Identification: Unlock screen via fingerprint. Go to Settings > Security & Location > Fingerprint, and follow on-screen instructions. Ensure finger is clean and dry.
Connecting to WLAN: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi. Select network, enter password if required, and tap Connect.
Bluetooth Function: Go to Settings > Connected devices > Bluetooth. Enable Bluetooth and tap 'Refresh' to search for devices. Tap a device and then 'Pair' to connect.
Camera: Aim at the object for auto-focus, or tap screen. Tap 'Capture' icon to take photos. Other modes include video recording, beautifying, and panorama.

| Device cannot be turned on | Press and hold the Power button for a few seconds. If it still doesn't turn on, please charge it first. |
| Screen is unresponsive | Press and hold the Power button to restart the device. If it is still unresponsive, please consult customer service. |
| SIM card cannot be detected | Ensure the SIM card is correctly inserted. Check if the SIM card is from a supported carrier. Restart the device. |
| Cannot connect to Wi-Fi | Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled and you are within range. Check if the network is operational. Restart the device and the router. |
| Cannot connect to Bluetooth | Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices. Make sure devices are within range and not paired with other devices. Restart both devices. |
| Poor battery life | Reduce screen brightness, disable unused features like Bluetooth or Wi-Fi when not in use. Check for software updates. |
