La garantía estándar es de 24 meses.

  • Preparación: Asegurarse de que el equipo esté correctamente instalado y conectado. Preparar los botes con el producto a tratar y colocarlos en el cestillo.
  • Selección del Programa: Utilizar la pantalla táctil para seleccionar el programa deseado o crear uno nuevo.
  • Inicio del Ciclo: Pulsar "START/STOP" para iniciar el programa seleccionado. El autoclave realizará automáticamente las fases de pre-calentamiento, calentamiento, mantenimiento, enfriamiento y despresurización.
  • Finalización del Ciclo: Al finalizar, el equipo mostrará "PROGRAM FINISHED". Utilizar guantes de protección térmica para extraer la carga.
  • Paro Manual: Pulsar "START/STOP" para detener el programa en cualquier momento.

Solución de problemas y códigos de error

01 E2PROM FAIL Internal error E2PROM Controller malfunction. Contact the technical service.
02 PRES SENSOR FAIL Pressure sensor reading <0 bar Pressure sensor does not work. Check the pressure sensor wiring. Replace the sensor.
12 DOOR OPEN Door open. "Open door" sensor does not work. Adjust the sensor, in a lever form, located left behind the autoclave door, to detect the position of the door.
13 OVERPRESSURE Pressure sensor reading >3.5 bar The pressure has reached a dangerous value. • Stop the autoclave by using the main switch. • Depressurize the autoclave with the manual valve. TAKE PRECAUTIONS for depressurization: - Do not stand in front of the valve outlet. - Open the valve slowly. - Contact the technical service. - DO NOT USE THE AUTOCLAVE.
16 INTERNAL OVERTEMP Temperature reading (K20) higher than 150°C The pressure has reached a dangerous value. • Stop the autoclave by using the main switch and disconnect it from the network. • Depressurize the autoclave with the manual valve. TAKE PRECAUTIONS for depressurization: - Do not stand in front of the valve outlet. - Open the valve slowly. • Check the connections of the water and heart probes. • If the connections are correct: Contact the technical service. DO NOT USE THE AUTOCLAVE.
19 SET unreachable It has not been possible to reach the set point during the sterilization phase in less than 360 minutes. The pre-set temperature cannot be reached. Increase the temperature of the initial preheat phase. Jars too big. Product with little thermal conduction. Heating resistance(s) cut off. Controller failure. SSR failure (solid state relay).
20 EMPTY TOO LONG Some of the phases of the emptying take more than 40min The chamber has not been cleared after 40 minutes. Check that the water temperature is low enough to cool the cans.
23 POWER FAIL Power cut off with the equipment operating During an operation cycle, the power has failed. Restart the cycle.
24 POWER FAIL RESUMABLE It indicates a cut off in the power while the equipment was operating. The process can continue because the device has a battery and has preserved the status. (If the temperature conditions during the cut have varied too much, another error may appear, such as 36, as the chamber temperature has dropped too low).
29 SAFETY THERM Safety performance of the boiler thermostat Inner temperature has reached a too high value. • Wait for a few minutes and reset the thermostat • Increase parameter "B" in 5s.
30 LEVEL ERROR Water level is not detected No water enters the chamber. Check the water inlet tap • Increase parameter "B" so that more water enters.
34 INTERNAL UNDERTEMP Reading water probe temperature (connector plate: K20) lower than 8°C for more than 5 minutes during the HEAT phase or in any moment during any other phase when the program is operating. • If this happens at the beginning of the cycle, it is likely that the water in the network is very cold (winter). In the autoclave loaded with cans, pour half a bucket of hot water into the boiler and then start the autoclave.
36 STERILIZ. UNDERTEMP Temperature drop In the sterilization phase, the temperature has dropped 2°C below the set point for 30s. Check the temperature probe and the location inside the jar. Make sure there has been no power interruptions.
37 STERILIZ. OVERTEMP Excessive temperature In the sterilization phase, the temperature has exceeded the set point at 4°C for 5s.
38 EMPTY PRESSURE Timeout The temperature has been above the cooling temperature and the pressure has been below the cooling pressure for 60 minutes.
39 STERILIZATION PRESSURE During the sterilization phase we have not reach the purge pressure in 30 seconds. Check that the back tap is not open, that the equipment is not leaking, that no solenoid valve is open.
40 DISCONNECTED Communication with the power plate has been lost. Turn off the equipment and check connection between circuits.
41 PREHEAT timeout Excessive water pre-heating time The preheat temperature is not reached before 60'. • Check (Reset) the safety thermostat. • Check the heating elements.
42 PURGE HEAT timeout The purge temperature is not reached before 60' • Check (Reset) the safety thermostat. • The product is very cold, increase the temperature of the PRE phase.
