| Image is out of focus. | - Adjust focus of the projector. - Provide proper distance between projector and screen. - Check and clean the projection lens. - Allow condensation to dissipate if the projector was moved between temperature locations. |
| No image | - Check connections between video equipment/computer and projector. - Verify input signal is outputting correctly from the computer. - Some laptops may require monitor output settings adjustments. - Allow up to 30 seconds for an image to display. - Select the correct input source. - Ensure operating temperature is within range (5°C ~ 35°C). |
| Image is Left/Right reversed. | - Check the Ceiling / Rear setting. |
| Image is Top/Bottom reversed. | - Check the Ceiling setting. |
| Some displays are not seen during the Operation. | - Check the Display item setting. |
| The Remote Control does not work. | - Check the batteries. - Ensure no obstruction between projector and remote. - Do not be too far from the projector (max 16.4' / 5m). - Ensure the remote control code matches the projector's. |
