Power On/Off

Press the power button to switch the monitor on or off.

Adjusting Settings

Use the control buttons on the front of the monitor to navigate the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu. The buttons allow you to adjust picture settings, language, and other preferences.

Connecting to PC

Connect the monitor to your PC using the provided cables (VGA or DVI). Ensure both the monitor and PC are powered off before connecting. Then, power on the monitor and PC.

SmartContrast

This feature dynamically analyzes content to optimize contrast and backlight for enhanced visual clarity. It can be activated through the OSD menu or the SmartControl Lite software.

SmartControl Lite

This software allows for easy adjustment of monitor settings via a user-friendly graphic interface. It guides users through fine-tuning resolution, color calibration, and other parameters.

No Picture (Power LED not lit) Power cord not plugged in Ensure the power cord is plugged into the power outlet and the monitor.
Power button not pressed Ensure the power button is pressed to the ON position.
No Picture (Power LED is White) Computer is off Make sure the computer is turned on.
Signal cable not connected properly Make sure the signal cable is properly connected to your computer.
Bent pins on cable Check for bent pins and repair or replace the cable if necessary.
Energy Saving feature activated Check if the Energy Saving feature is activated.
Image is not centered Adjust using the "Auto" function or Phase/Clock settings in OSD.
Image vibrates on screen Signal cable not securely connected Check that the signal cable is properly connected to the graphics board or PC.
Vertical flicker appears Adjust using "Auto" function or Phase/Clock settings in OSD.
Horizontal flicker appears Adjust using "Auto" function in OSD.
Image appears blurred, indistinct or too dark Adjust contrast and brightness in OSD.
"After-image", "burn-in" or "ghost image" remains Uninterrupted display of static images Use a screen saver or periodic screen refresh. Severe cases may not be repairable and are not covered by warranty.
Image appears distorted. Text is fuzzy or blurred. Incorrect display resolution Set PC's display resolution to the monitor's native resolution (1920 x 1080 @ 60 Hz).
Green, red, blue, dark, and white dots on screen Normal characteristic of LCD technology Refer to the pixel policy for details.
"Power on" light is too strong Adjust the power LED setting in OSD.
Visible signs of smoke or sparks Do not perform troubleshooting. Disconnect power immediately and contact customer service.
