Cecotec provides a 24-month warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

  • Connect the appliance to the power supply.
  • Place ingredients in the basket. Ensure the basket is correctly inserted.
  • Select a preset function or manually set the time and temperature using the control panel.
  • Press the power button to start cooking.
  • To pause, press the power button. To stop, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
  • When cooking is finished, carefully remove the basket.
  • Check for doneness, and if necessary, continue cooking for a few more minutes.
  • Carefully remove food from the basket.
  • Unplug the appliance after use and allow it to cool before cleaning.

Air fryer does not work Product is not plugged in. Plug the power adapter into a grounded electrical outlet.
Power on/off icon not pressed. Press the power on/off button.
Basket is not correctly inserted. Place the basket in its position.
Ingredients are not fully cooked. Ingredients are too large. Place smaller ingredients in the basket.
Selected cooking temperature is too low. Increase the temperature or cooking time.
Ingredients are unevenly fried. (Fried snacks are not crispy after removing from the fryer). Cooking time is too short. Set the timer for the desired cooking time.
Some food products require turning halfway through the process. Ingredients that are piled on top of each other (like fries) should be turned halfway through the process.
Basket does not slide into the product correctly. You fried food meant for a traditional fryer. Add a little oil to the food to achieve a crispier effect.
There are too many ingredients in the basket. Do not exceed the maximum allowed amount in the basket.
White smoke is coming from the product. You are cooking fatty foods. When frying fatty ingredients, a small amount of oil is released, creating white smoke. This does not affect the fryer or the result.
The basket still contains grease from previous uses. White smoke is caused by heating the fat in the fryer. Remember to clean it thoroughly after each use.
Fresh fries are unevenly fried or not crispy after removing from the fryer. Potatoes were not properly cleaned before frying. Rinse the potatoes well to remove starch.
Crispiness of potatoes depends on the amount of water and oil. Remember to dry the potatoes before adding oil.
Cut the potatoes into smaller pieces to achieve crispier results.
